Custom-decorated or overseas-sourced campaigns run 3–6 weeks depending on branding method, quantity and approvals. Every order. A digital proof showing your logo on the product, decoration position, Pantone calls and any substrate-specific notes goes to you for written approval before anything is decorated. For larger campaigns we can also dispatch a blank pre-production sample so your team can check feel and finish. Nothing goes to print until you sign off — full stop.
