Express stock lines ship in 1–4 business days, with branded product landing Australia-wide within a week in most cases. Custom-decorated or overseas-sourced campaigns run 3–6 weeks depending on branding method, quantity and approvals. Every order. A digital proof showing your logo on the product, decoration position, Pantone calls and any substrate-specific notes goes to you for written approval before anything is decorated. For larger campaigns we can also dispatch a blank pre-production sample so your team can check feel and finish. Nothing goes to print until you sign off — full stop.

Yes. We assemble multi-item kits — event bags, onboarding welcome packs, VIP gift boxes — and split-ship nationally or internationally with per-recipient tracking and per-kit cost reconciliation. Under $3 per piece, still a pleasure to receive. Useful for conferences, regional activations and distributed teams.
