Express stock lines ship in 1–4 business days, with branded product landing Australia-wide within a week in most cases. Custom-decorated or overseas-sourced campaigns run 3–6 weeks depending on branding method, quantity and approvals. It depends on substrate and artwork. Across the office edit we run screen print, full-colour digital print, pad print, embroidery, laser engraving, deboss, foil stamp and dye sublimation. Every order. A digital proof showing your logo on the product, decoration position, Pantone calls and any substrate-specific notes goes to you for written approval before anything is decorated. For larger campaigns we can also dispatch a blank pre-production sample so your team can check feel and finish. Nothing goes to print until you sign off — full stop.
