Custom Recycled Products

Minimums start at 7 units on a few lines, and the typical minimum across the range is 50. The cheapest paper pens carry higher minimums, and a handful of bulk giveaway lines run to ten thousand. The minimum is shown on every product page, and the unit price steps down as quantity rises.

Recycled paper pens start from $0.44 ex-GST at 500 units with a one-colour print, and recycled ABS and cardboard-barrel pens sit just above that. The range runs from $0.44 to $150 AUD per unit, with insulated steel bottles, backpacks and jackets toward the upper end. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

It depends on the line, and the product name says which. RPET is polyester spun from recycled PET drink bottles and turns up in totes, backpacks, umbrellas, notebook covers and hoodies. Paper and cardboard pens and notepads use recycled paper stock. Bottles and executive pens use recycled aluminium or stainless steel, and several totes are recycled cotton or canvas.

Pad print for paper, cardboard and ABS pen barrels; laser engraving for recycled aluminium and steel pens and bottles, where the mark stays for the life of the item. Screen print gives the cleanest one- or two-colour logo on RPET and recycled cotton bags. Notebook covers take a full-colour digital print, and jackets, hoodies and beanies are embroidered.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval; stocked lines with a standard print can dispatch in as little as two business days. Every order. You receive a digital proof showing your logo at actual size on the chosen item, with print position, method and colour calls, and nothing is produced until you sign it off. On textured recycled paper and woven RPET, we flag any fine detail that will soften before you approve.
