Custom Sunglasses

Most frames run from 100 units, with a handful of lines from 50. Paper glasses and some straps carry higher minimums, up to 5000 on the cheapest paper style. The minimum sits on every product page, and the unit price steps down as quantity rises.

The collection runs $0.22 to $9 AUD per unit. The floor is paper 3D glasses from $0.22 ex-GST at 5000 units; polycarbonate frames with a one-colour arm print sit in the low single dollars, and bamboo-arm and rice husk frames toward the upper end. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

On the arm. Pad print puts a one- or two-colour mark on the outside of one or both arms, and full-colour digital print handles gradients. Bamboo arms can be laser engraved. Keep the artwork to a wordmark or simple icon; the print area is a narrow strip and fine detail closes up at that size.

On several lines, yes. The classic polycarbonate frames come in a range of solid and two-tone colourways, and one style is offered in a custom frame colour. Send your brand reference with the enquiry and we will confirm the closest stock match or the custom option before quoting.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval. Timing varies by line and print method, so tell us your event date when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit to the order.

Yes, as part of the same order. Printed microfiber cases, RPET felt pouches and sunglasses straps can all carry the same logo, so the frames arrive as a finished set rather than a loose handout. They are priced per unit alongside the frames and proofed together.
