Custom USB Drives

Minimums run from 50 to 100 depending on the line, and 50 is the typical figure across the range. The minimum is shown on every product page, and the unit price steps down as quantity rises, so a larger conference run costs less per drive than a small one.

The range runs $4.70 to $8 AUD per unit. Swivel flash drives start from $4.70 ex-GST at 50 units, the aluminium swivel from $6.32 and slim credit-card drives from $6.40; bamboo and custom-moulded shapes sit toward the upper end. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Pad print handles one- or two-colour logos on a swivel cap and is the economical choice at volume. Credit-card drives take full-colour digital print across the whole face, so photographs and gradients work. Aluminium and bamboo swivels are laser engraved, and light-up drives carry an engraved mark that glows while the drive is plugged in.

Stocked lines are listed at 4GB, 8GB and 16GB. For a slide deck, a brochure PDF or a folder of photographs, 4GB is ample; step up only when you are loading video. Capacity moves the unit price, so match it to the files rather than defaulting to the biggest.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval; stocked lines with a standard print can dispatch in as little as three business days. Tell us the date you are working to when you enquire and we will confirm what is realistic before you commit.

Always. You receive a digital proof showing your logo at actual size on the chosen drive, with print position, colours and branding method marked, and nothing is printed or engraved until you approve it. The print face on a swivel cap is small, so this is where crowded artwork gets caught.
