Custom Tumblers

Minimums start at 10 units on a few lines and sit at 50 for most vacuum tumblers and glass cups. Printed paper cups run in larger quantities, and the highest minimum in the range is 5000. Each product page shows its own figure, and the unit price steps down as quantity rises.

Compostable paper cups start from $0.45 ex-GST at 1000 units with a full-colour print. Double-wall paper cups start from $1.25, and glass, aluminium and vacuum-insulated stainless tumblers cost more per unit. Across the collection, expect $0.45 to $39 AUD per unit depending on material and quantity.

A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front. It appears as a separate line from the unit price, so comparing one cup against another stays straightforward. If you are running two logos or a second print position, ask for both to be quoted before you approve the proof.

Paper cups take a full-colour digital print, so photographs and gradients are no trouble. Glass and aluminium cups are screen or pad printed for a crisp one- or two-colour mark. Vacuum-insulated stainless tumblers are laser engraved, which cuts the logo into the coating so it cannot peel or fade.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval. The count starts when you sign off the digital proof, not when you first enquire, so a quick decision on artwork keeps the job moving. Tell us your deadline when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable.

Yes, on every order. You receive a digital proof showing your logo at actual size on the chosen cup, with the print position, colour calls and any engraving area marked. Nothing goes to print until you approve it in writing.
