Custom Stress Balls

Most stress ball lines run from 100 units. High-volume pieces such as full-colour balls and stress and mood cards start at 5000, where the unit price is lowest. The minimum sits on every product page, and the price per unit steps down as quantity rises.

Round imprinted stress balls start around $1.49 ex-GST per unit at 100 units with a one-colour print. Shaped pieces such as the water drop and the business-card ball sit around $1.71, and the range tops out near $6 for the largest shaped pieces. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Pad print is the standard for foam. It lays a crisp one- or two-colour logo on the curved face and costs least at volume. Full-colour digital print is available on round balls for gradients and photographic artwork. Because foam compresses, keep type bold and avoid hairline detail; the proof shows the print area for each shape.

Beyond the classic round ball, the range runs to houses, trucks, brains, light bulbs, dice, money bags, stop signs and lightning bolts, plus baseball, golf and tennis shapes and a few farm animals. Choosing a shape that mirrors your industry makes the piece read as yours before the logo does.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval. The clock starts when you sign off the digital proof, not when you first enquire, so have artwork ready. Tell us your deadline up front and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit.

Every order. You receive a digital proof showing your logo at actual size on the chosen shape, with print position and colour calls marked, and nothing runs until you approve it. If the artwork is too fine for foam, we flag it at this stage rather than after.
