Promotional products in custom shapes

Why custom shape earns attention

A keyring cut to your mascot silhouette, a sticker shaped like your logo, a notebook trimmed to a product outline — custom shape adds a moment of recognition that a rectangle can't.

Works across every category where a die-cut is possible: PVC keyrings, stickers, badges, magnets and silicone goods.

Where it works

Brand-mascot keyrings, logo-shaped stickers, product-silhouette patches, die-cut business cards. Anywhere the shape itself carries brand recognition.

Production considerations

Custom dies carry a one-time tooling cost (amortised across runs). Once cut, the per-piece cost matches standard shapes. Simple, bold shapes work better than very intricate outlines.

Questions customers often ask

Custom shape tooling is typically cost-justified from 250 units upward.
